Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction.

This Agreement is a legal document which states the terms and conditions which you agree to abide by when using ForeignLadies, whose services and site is referred to as "ForeignLadies", "we" or "us".

2. Membership.

People who register at ForeignLadies become "Members". They must be at least 18 years of age.

As well as being able to look through ForeignLadies like any visitor, Members may:

  • post their personal details which appear on ForeignLadies;
  • Use all search options
  • Become a featured member
  • Receive newsletters
  • upload photographs
  • receive emailed messages, which will be sent to the email address contained in members ‘My Profile’ (which are provided during Registration and may be updated subsequently), and
  • New member alert (automatic email selected during the Registration process notifying you when a new member has registered which fits a specific profile defined by you)


Note: Paying Members.

Paying members are allowed to open or send emails to female profiles at the current price listed on the payment page.

3. Registration.

You must register for ForeignLadies using accurate and current information about yourself – including your correct name and any other requested details. After registration you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been successful.

4. Privacy policy.

ForeignLadies’s Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also accept and agree to our Privacy Policy. You should be aware that any posting on ForeignLadies (including any which contain personal information) is accessible to internet users around the world.

5. ForeignLadies's Responsibility.

Anyone who uses ForeignLadies, whether a Member or non-Member, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behavior of Members - whether on ForeignLadies or outside of it. We only provide a venue where ForeignLadies may be accessed. You should be aware that ForeignLadies is not responsible for pre-screening or monitoring the material contributed by Members.

6. New services.

ForeignLadies or its affiliates may offer new or additional services through ForeignLadies. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you must follow. Any failure by you to comply with the terms or rules governing those services will amount to a breach of this Agreement.

7. ForeignLadies Services.

ForeignLadies reserves the right to withdraw or modify ForeignLadies services. There are times when ForeignLadies services become unavailable, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. For security or other reasons, we may require you to change password or other information which facilitates access to ForeignLadies.

8. Breach of Contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member’s access to ForeignLadies, or parts of it, and/or to edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on ForeignLadies, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, ForeignLadies without our prior consent. You are responsible for everything which is done on or through ForeignLadies while your Membership account is logged on to ForeignLadies, or through your email address(es).

9. Misuse.

ForeignLadies is intended to be used by its Members for the purposes referred to in Clause 2 above. Members must not:

  • Include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to facilitate direct communication, in material which is posted on ForeignLadies
  • Place material on, or otherwise use, ForeignLadies for any business or commercial purpose; or
  • Use your access to ForeignLadies, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (known as spam).

10. Prohibitions.

You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted on ForeignLadies, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any ForeignLadies, will be capable of infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, breaching any applicable law, or appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

11 Assisting ForeignLadies.

If you see anything on ForeignLadies which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please inform us by emailing us here. We generally do not monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on ForeignLadies, and so we depend upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement.

12. Removal of material and Termination of Membership.

We are entitled to withdraw any material on ForeignLadies which appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement. Each user acknowledges that we are not responsible for monitoring material which appears on ForeignLadies, and that we depend upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this Agreement.

13. Intellectual Property.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to ForeignLadies (including the material which is contributed by Members) are owned by ForeignLadies. In accordance to law, no one may copy, distribute, use, or create any derivative work from ForeignLadies, or any of the material which is found on ForeignLadies unless properly licensed to do so by us.

By submitting any material to the content to ForeignLadies, you:

  • Grant us a royalty-free, non-terminable license right to copy and use in any form, anywhere;
  • Authorize us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.

14. Liability.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise). ForeignLadies will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access ForeignLadies.

15. Complete Contract.

This Agreement includes our privacy policy. Together they contain the whole of the agreement between ForeignLadies and you concerning ForeignLadies services. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement.

16. Severability.

In the event that any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable

17. Changes to this Agreement.

ForeignLadies reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time, and post the new version on ForeignLadies. When we do so, we will notify you of changed terms. If you do not wish to be governed by the new version of the Agreement, you may notify us on or before the date when the new version of the Agreement is to take effect, and from that date you must cease to use ForeignLadies.

18. Disclaimer and Release

ForeignLadies has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on ForeignLadies, whether provided by Members or others.

  • We are not responsible or endorse any content or anything to do with third-party sites links which may appear on ForeignLadies.
  • You should use the same caution in assessing what you see on ForeignLadies as you do offline.
  • Although Members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that people may not provide their true identity.
  • Your use of ForeignLadies is entirely at your own risk.

Accordingly, to the extent that the law permits, you release ForeignLadies its directors / owners, contractors and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with ForeignLadies and the material included here by Members and other third parties.
