If a lady belongs to a large agency, the agency will have multiple translators, but only one translator will be doing the translations between you and the lady. However if more than one translator is involved with sending the lady's introduction letter, the other translator may not be aware of your relationship with the lady and send her introduction letter to you. If this happens, and you opened the introduction letter, just ask us through the contact us page to return the credits to your account.
